Remove the stems of the fresh strawberries and wash them clean. Since I grew them myself, I don’t need to soak them in salt water. -

Wash and dry or dry with kitchen towel. -

Glass jars should be water-free and oil-free. -

Add a layer of strawberries and a layer of rock sugar until full. -

Pour in white sprinkles until just past the surface. (I used home-grown rice and asked the master to process the liquor, which has 45 degrees.) -

Twist the lid to seal and wait for 2-4 weeks before drinking.
Tips
It is best not to soak strawberries in salt water, otherwise the natural fermentation bacteria on the surface will be washed away.
