1
Add an appropriate amount of salt and white sugar to three hundred grams of flour (the salt taste is better than the sweetness), add warm water and stir to form a large dough like this. Knead with your hands into a smooth dough and ferment until doubled in size. -
2
While the dough is rising, prepare other ingredients. Add soybean paste, light soy sauce, a little salt and oil to the minced meat, mix well, then add an egg white and stir vigorously in one direction (I originally wanted to use bacon, but it was sold out in the supermarket, so I used minced meat). Take out the cheese sticks and defrost them, shred the onions, slice the peppers, and slice the ham sausage. -
3
Take out the dough that has doubled in size and knead it to deflate the air. Then roll the dough into a slightly smaller piece than the pan and put it into a pan brushed with cooking oil (the edges can be rolled or not). -
4
Poke some small holes with a fork to allow the aroma of various ingredients to penetrate into the dough. -
5
Put a tablespoon of tomato sauce on the dough and brush evenly with a brush. -
6
Brush the minced meat evenly on the dough sheet. -
7
Sprinkle two layers of onion shreds on top. -
8
Sprinkle a layer of cheese sticks on top of the shredded onions. -
9
Top the cheese sticks with chili slices and ham slices. -
10
Spread a layer of cheese sticks on top. -

Cover the pot and cook over low heat until the pizza base turns golden brown. Pour half a bowl of boiling water on the side of the pot (just like pan-fried buns, but without adding flour). Then cover the pot and fry until the bottom of the dry biscuit is golden brown and crispy, and the delicious pizza is ready to serve. -

After it’s out of the pot, you can cut it into the shape you like and it’s ready to go.
Tips
For those who like long strings, you can put more. My child is small and I am afraid that the string will stretch out and get all over his body when eating, so I deliberately put a little less. The drawing effect is also pretty good, and the taste is really good.
