How to make nutritious sandwiches

    Put two layers of half eggs and one layer of one egg. This is done so that you can put an extra layer on the toast and vegetables, and you don't need to eat too many eggs, which is unhealthy. If you feel that this amount is not enough, you can cut the eggs into strips and divide them into several more layers. Place lettuce leaves on top of each layer of eggs.

Note:
1: One egg a day is enough. I made it for two people.
2: If you like it light, add a layer of salad dressing. If you like it sweet, add a layer of salad dressing. If you like it salty, add a layer of fragrant sauce.
3: If you like meat, you can add a layer of chicken tenders or bacon
