The rice is cooked a little dry. -

Add the sand tea sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce into a small bowl and mix thoroughly and set aside; cut the coriander into sections. -

Wash and slice the mushrooms, fry them in oil pan until golden brown. -

Add rice and stir-fry, then pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat. -

Add chopped seaweed seasoning and coriander and mix well. -

Grab the fried rice into small rice balls with your hands. -

Cut the bacon slices in half and roll up the rice ball with the seam facing down. -

Add a little bit of water to the remaining sauce, bring it to a boil, and brush a layer on the bacon. -

Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
