Pat the steak with the back of a knife, add salt, soy sauce, and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes. -

Blanch the small potatoes with water, remove and peel them and set aside. -

Put an appropriate amount of salad oil into the electric pan and fry the potatoes over low heat for 5 minutes. -

Press the steak button on the other side and fry the steak until golden brown on both sides. -

Sprinkle potatoes and tomatoes with a little chopped rosemary to taste, and serve on a plate.
Tips
If you are frying a fatter steak, press the fat part slightly to let more fat come out, making it taste fat but not greasy!
