Tips
1. Since the burger meat is thicker and the height of the burger is higher, it is recommended to use bamboo skewers to fix it before serving, which is more convenient for eating.
2. The cheese used here is gorgonzola, which has a richer taste. When paired with cheese slices, it will have two different tastes; you can use blue cheese or mozzarella cheese commonly available in the market instead.
