Argentine red shrimp thawed at room temperature -

Cut the back and remove the shrimp line -

Put olive oil in a pan and heat it, then wipe off the excess oil and spread rose salt on it, 1CM thick -

Put the shrimp on top, sprinkle some salt on the shrimp, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice to wake them up -

Put the lid on the pot, and after a few minutes you can hear the crackling sound and the pot is ready -
