Prepare all the ingredients and start cooking. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. -

Wash potatoes, carrots, onions and apples and cut into small pieces and set aside; chop garlic, rosemary and thyme and set aside. -

Add olive oil, salt and pepper to potatoes, carrots, onions and diced apples to marinate. -

Mix the chopped herbs, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the marinade. -

Brush the inside and outside of the chicken with marinade and fill the chicken belly with marinated vegetables. -

Put the chicken into the roasting pan and arrange the remaining vegetables around the chicken. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. -

Take out the tin foil and continue baking at 160 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Tips
You can add more pepper to make it taste better when roasted.
