Prepare the required materials. Let me mention here that you can grow some western food seasonings such as rosemary, thyme and so on at home. Plant them in small flower pots and it is very convenient to cut some when eating. -
2
Sprinkle black pepper particles and salt on both sides of the steak. The amount is enough to cover the steak. You can sprinkle more black pepper. It is recommended to grind black pepper yourself! Marinate with rosemary on both sides for 20 minutes. -
3
Heat the pan and add butter. You don’t need to add oil. You can just use the oil from frying the steak itself. But who made me like the taste of butter, haha! -
4
Put the steak upright into the pot, heat it over high heat for about 15 seconds, and when you pick it up, the steak will appear cooked. Do this for all four sides of the steak. The purpose is to lock in moisture. -
5
After frying all sides, spread the steak flat in the pan, heat over medium heat, and add rosemary. -
6
After the rosemary is heated at high temperature, the flavor of the spice will penetrate into the oil in the pot. At this time, use a tong to pick up the rosemary and brush it with oil. On the steak, keep dipping it in oil and brushing it constantly. -
7
Flip the steak after frying for 50 seconds. -
8
Repeat the oiling action and fry the other side for 50 seconds. Then re-fry. Just fry it again, frying each side for 30 seconds. -
9
Take out the pot and put it on the plate. Sealing the edges of the steak helps lock in the moisture. When you cut into the fried steak, you will find that the steak is much juicier than the steak without sealing the edges. -
10
ps: This method can cook 3-minute cooked steak. Do not use high heat after sealing the edges, otherwise the outside will be burnt but the inside will not be tender.
