Open the back of the white shrimp and remove the mud, knead it with flour to remove the smell, rinse it with water and dry it with plastic wrap, add salt and mix well, then place it on a shelf and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. -

Prepare chopped garlic, small chili peppers, and parsley (or substitute coriander). -

Chop the basil, slice the garlic, and cut the green chili into rings. -

Heat the pan and add oil. The oil should be more than mine and submerged to half the height of the shrimp. -

Add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. -

Add red pepper and fry until fragrant. -

Add the shrimp and fry on both sides until it turns red. -

Add millet pepper and half of the chopped coriander. -

Add a little salt and black pepper to taste and serve. -

Put the shrimp into the frying pan and fry the baguette in garlic oil. -

Place the bread slices on a plate, top with the fried shrimps, and sprinkle some chopped coriander on top. -
