Preparation: pasta, minced meat, soaked mushrooms, green onions. -

Place the pasta in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 12 minutes. -

Cook out, cool, drain and set aside. -

Put a little oil in a hot pan. -

Add in the minced pork and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for a while (I forgot to take pictures after mincing the shiitake mushrooms). -

After the aroma comes out, add tomato paste and soy sauce and stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant. -

Add a little boiling water and cook for two minutes. Finally, put down the chopped green onions and turn off the heat. -

Spread the mushroom meat sauce on the surface of the pasta. -
