Because the steak should be eaten hot, the side dishes should be dealt with first. This time I used green beans and mushrooms as side dishes. Because beans are not easy to cook, they need to be blanched first. Boil a pot of water to blanch the vegetables. Here is a little trick, add a little salt and oil to the water so that the blanched vegetables will not be bland. This method can be used to blanch all vegetables. -
2
While the water is boiling, wash the tender beans, control the water, and then cut off both ends and set aside. -
3
After the water boils, blanch the beans. It took me about three minutes. The specific time is controlled according to the amount of beans, and it is appropriate to blanch them until they are slightly soft. -
4
While blanching, you can cut some green onions and set aside. Wash the mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms, drain them, and break them into small pieces by hand. Don't cut the mushrooms too small, as they will shrink when cooked. -
5
Put the blanched beans in water and set aside. -
6
Start frying the steak. Pour a little more rapeseed oil into a flat non-stick pan, heat it up, and add the steak. -
7
If there is a splash screen at home, you can cover it. Fry the steak for one minute. -
8
After one minute, flip over. SteakTop with freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground colored pepper. Just distribute the salt and pepper evenly over the surface of the steak, you don't need too much. If you don't have freshly ground salt and pepper, regular salt and pepper will do, but try to spread them evenly. Then cover with a splash guard and continue frying for two minutes. -
9
The second flip. As before, sprinkle with freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground colored pepper. Then cover with the splash guard and continue frying for two minutes. -
10
Turn it over for the third time, no need to sprinkle any more salt and pepper. Cover with a splash guard and fry for another minute. Then the steak is cooked and placed on a flat plate. -
11
Stir-fried side dishes. You don't need to clean the pan for frying the steak, just use it to fry the side dishes, so that the side dishes will have the flavor of beef. Since there is still oil left from frying the steak in the pan, there is no need to pour any more oil. Add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, then add chopped mushrooms. -
12
When the mushrooms are slightly cooked and turn slightly brown, add the blanched beans. -
13
Stir well. -
14
Because I still have a little leftover rice, so I solved it here. Pour in remaining rice. Normally, pasta can be used as the main dish. If using pasta, the pasta should also be cooked before frying the steak. -
15
Stir well again. -
16
Out of the pot, done! Paired with a glass of red wine, the perfect dinner is ready.
Tips
1. When blanching vegetables, add a little salt and oil to the water so that the blanched vegetables will not be bland and tasteless.
2. Use high heat throughout the steak frying process.
3. The first time you sprinkle salt and pepper on the steak is after turning it over for the first time. Do not sprinkle on raw steak to prevent it from turning into wood.
4. Blanch the side dishes and cook the staple food before frying the steak to prevent the fried steak from getting cold.
5. When frying steak, hot oil may splash out, so be careful of burns.
