After washing, add the same amount of water and steam until cooked. I steamed more, but only needed half a cup for this rice sandwich. I made the sandwich in the evening, using leftover rice from lunch. -

Put a little olive oil in the pot, chop the carrots into small pieces and fry them in the pot until cooked. -

Cut the avocado into slices about 4 mm thick, and cut the homemade lunch meat according to the size of the mold. -

Tips
1. Don’t add too much water when steaming rice. I added half a cup of water after washing so that the dryness is just right.
2. Homemade lunch meat is salty, so the rice only needs to be seasoned with an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar, and no other seasoning is required.
