1
Mix all the ingredients for the bread base (dough). Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm water and mix it into the flour. -
2
Stir into cotton wool, then knead the dough. There is no need to be too particular about kneading, and there is no need to remove the membrane. Just press and knead for about five minutes. -
3
Knead into a smooth dough, pack it, and place it in a microwave or oven with a cup of hot water next to it to let it ferment in a warm environment. -
4
After three hours, ferment until doubled in size. Take it out, knead it into small dough again, cover it in two parts with plastic wrap and let it rest for ten minutes. The amount here makes two pizzas, and the remaining dough can be frozen and defrosted for later use. -
5
Now spend ten minutes making mushroom juice. Slice the mushrooms, boil them in a small amount of stock, and grind them into pieces with a handheld food blender. -
6
Use a handheld food blender to grind into fine pieces. -
7
Add appropriate amount of fresh cream and season with black pepper and salt. -
8
Use a rolling pin to flatten the rested dough into a cake shape. Poke lots of small holes. -
9
Apply the mushroom juice from step 7. -
10
Spread cheese. -
11
Preheat to 180 degrees and bake for 8 minutes for the first time. 12
While waiting for the bread base, fry the seafood to prevent water from coming out when it is put in the oven. My shrimps are marinated in garlic and basil leaves in advance, so there is no need to add any seasoning here.-
13
Take out the pizza bread base, put seafood and lots and lots of mushrooms on it, add a layer of cheese at the end, and sprinkle some black pepper and salt. -
14
This is the second time to put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some chopped parsley at the end, you don’t have to add it if you don’t have it. -
15
Start eating. The thin and crispy pizza base holds the heavy mushrooms, seafood and cheese. One bite is so satisfying!
Tips
Baby's craftsmanship, the appearance of the pizza needs to be improved????, but the taste is still good, it all depends on the bottom sauce.
