Heat oil in a pan, add beef and vegetables to the pan and stir-fry. -

Add water and simmer for four hours, then filter out the meat and vegetables and reserve the soup for later use. -

Cut the onions into strips, fry them in a pot and leave them at low temperature for a whole day until the color darkens to make burnt onion sauce. -

Stir together broth, mustard and olive oil until thickened, set aside. -

Saute the cooked squid ink noodles with olive oil and burnt onion sauce. -

Use the stirred juice as the base, place the shrimp and celery on top of the pasta and plate it, done!
Tips
1. If you really want the squid ink to have a richer flavor, you can add fresh squid ink when frying the pasta.
2. If you want a fresher taste, you can add cuttlefish slices and fry together.
