This is my Polish variety. Be sure to choose a larger pot. Mine was too small so I changed it to another pot and fermented it again????. -

This is all the ingredients. -

Mix everything except butter, salt and yeast, then add butter, yeast and salt and knead it into a glove film. -

Divide into three parts and reunite. -

Roll out three pieces of dough each to a length of 40 centimeters. -

Roll up. -

Put in the grinding tool until it is nine points full. -

My oven has an upper heat of 180° and a lower heat of 200° (adjusted according to the temperament of my own oven). -

After baking, take it out to release the heat and place it on a rack to cool.
