Cut chicken into cubes. -

Cut carrots and potatoes into cubes. -

Heat oil in a pan and add chicken. -

Stir-fry chicken until white and add diced carrots and potatoes. -

Add curry and a little salt and cook for ten minutes. -

Cook the sticky potatoes and carrots until they are cooked through. -
